Ethiopia Gera Estate – Light Roast

from $23.00

This is the kind of coffee that makes you pause mid-sip. Sourced from Gera Estate in Djimmah, Ethiopia, and naturally processed on raised beds, it’s a Grade 1 natural that carries the fruit character we love Ethiopia for, but with a softer, juicier edge. We’ve roasted it light, with a short development time, to highlight its delicacy and sweetness without losing structure.

On the table, it leans juicy and layered. Sweet aromas open into notes of concord grape and honey, with a custard-like creaminess through the middle. The finish lingers with gentle sweetness and a whisper of dark fruit, giving balance without heaviness.

We taste: Juicy Concord Grape, Vanilla Custard, Honey Finish

Origin:

  • Ethiopia Gera Estate – Natural process

    (Djimmah, 1900–2200 MASL)

Use:

Best on pour over or drip, but also shines as a clean, fruit-forward flash brew over ice.

This is one of those coffees you’ll want to slow down with—bright enough to feel alive, sweet enough to feel comforting. For early mornings, shared brews, or anyone who loves Ethiopia’s expressive side, this Gera shows its sparkle.
