At 20 g per brew, a 12 oz bag makes about 17 cups; 8 oz makes about 11, and 2 lb about 45. For one cup a day, start with The Regular every 2 weeks. Every bag is whole bean.

Our everyday single origins, rotating with the seasons: sweet, balanced coffees with enough complexity to keep every cup interesting. Great on drip or espresso, and $23 a bag in the shop.
The Curious
Limited releases, rare lots and special-process coffees we can only get a little of. The bag size follows the coffee: 12 oz of a rare single origin, or 8 oz of something truly wild. Always less than the shop price. First up: our Strawberry Co-Ferment from Finca Anaya.
The Household
The Regular in bulk, for big drinkers, couples and small offices. Go bigger with the 5 lb bag for the best price per cup.

How fresh is the coffee?
We roast in small batches in Greenville and print the roast date on every bag, so you always know how fresh it is.
How do you roast?
Our house style is a medium roast, adjusted to bring out the best in each coffee. The Regular and The Household are always medium: sweet and balanced, with a new origin each season. The Curious leans lighter so the fruit and process come through. Every bag lists the roast level, origin, farm, process, tasting notes and roast date.
Can I cancel or change my schedule?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account, or email us and we'll take care of it. No fees and no minimum commitment. Want to switch to a different schedule? Email us and we'll move you over.
How does café pickup work?
Choose pickup at checkout and grab your bag at 109 W Stone Ave, Suite E4. Next 100 members get a free drip coffee on every pickup.
Do you deliver or ship?
Local delivery is free within 5 miles of the café. We ship anywhere in the US: $7 for a 12 oz bag, $10 for the 2 lb Household and $12 for the 5 lb bag.
Can I get it ground?
Every subscription bag is whole bean, which stays fresh longest. No grinder? Bring your bag by the café and we'll grind it for your brewer while you wait.
What's in The Curious, and why does the bag size change?
A different coffee each delivery: limited releases, rare lots and special-process coffees like our Strawberry Co-Ferment from Finca Anaya. These lots are small and scarce, so the bag follows the coffee: 12 oz of a rare single origin, or 8 oz of something truly wild, never less than 8 oz. Either way, you pay less than the shop price, and every bag comes with its story and tasting notes.
