Honduras COMSA – Single Origin

from $22.00

This is one of those coffees that surprises you—in the best way. Grown by the COMSA co-op in Marcala, Honduras, and naturally processed on raised beds, it’s a beautifully expressive single origin that brings bright acidity, gentle sweetness, and a soft, clean finish. We’ve roasted it light, Nordic-style, just to first crack, to let the fruit character shine without losing its balance.

On the table, it’s zesty and layered. First comes a burst of blood orange, followed by rich molasses sweetness, and a lingering note of toasted cacao. Juicy, vibrant, and quietly complex—this one’s all about nuance.

We taste: Blood Orange, Molasses, Toasted Cacao

Origin:

  • Honduras COMSA – Natural process

(Marcala, La Paz – 1220 to 1524 MASL)

Use:

Best on pour over or drip, but it holds up beautifully as a bright, clean flash brew over ice.

This is the kind of coffee we love to slow down with. For early mornings, mid-afternoon resets, or sharing with someone who geeks out on origin, this is Honduras—roasted with intention, ready to drink.
