Ethiopia Kembata G1 Natural
From the highlands of Kembata in southern Ethiopia, this naturally processed coffee captures everything we love about heirloom Ethiopian varieties — radiant fruit character, delicate sweetness, and refined complexity. Grown in the fertile soils of Durame Village at 2,100 meters above sea level, smallholder farmers carefully handpick ripe cherries and dry them on raised beds for up to 17 days under the sun.
The result is vibrant yet balanced. Notes of pear, blueberry, and brûléed sugar open with a crisp, juicy brightness and settle into a finish of milk chocolate and gentle florals. It’s a cup that feels both expressive and composed — bright fruit meeting smooth sweetness in perfect harmony.
