This is the blend that defines our bar—crafted for comfort, layered with complexity. Starting in May, we’ve reimagined our house espresso just slightly: still cozy and chocolatey at heart, but now with a bit more brightness and lift.
Built from three thoughtfully sourced coffees, this blend balances the deep sweetness of Brazil, the jammy fruit of a natural Honduras, and the floral clarity of a washed Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Each component is roasted separately to highlight its best character, then blended to pull beautifully on espresso—rich and creamy in milk, expressive on its own.
We taste: Milk Chocolate, Strawberry, Orange Blossom
